My Style

I see each commission- whether it be a wedding, portrait or senior picture session - as an opportunity to create art. The chance to create something unique, interesting, and different from anything that I have done before. I am constantly trying to reinvent myself, searching for that perfect photograph.

Weddings

My Approach to weddings is two fold: photojournalism and fashion.

The first and primary method is photojournalism, which by definition means to tell a story through pictures. I want to tell the story of your wedding day, unposed and uncensored. I would prefer that you did not notice me as I photograph your day, keeping every moment as real as possible.

The other side of my approach is the opposite of photojournalism. I refer to this part as our fashion shoot. This is the part of the wedding day when we pull out all the stops and create something artistic and unequivocally you. Whether it's pictures in the park or a creative shoot downtown, it's always fun.

Seniors

I have one pledge as your senior portrait photographer - I pledge to be different.

It is my personal mission to create senior pictures that bring out the unique and creative side of you, something that says "fashion" or "emotive" or maybe just "you".

I like to take senior portraits that look like model portfolios or fine art galleries. I will work closely with you to discover your style and then find a location and concept that matches you perfectly. Together we can create art.

Portrait

If you don't have any good pictures of your family, now would be a good time to change that.

I enjoy taking fun family and child photos. I try to put the children in their element, whether that's jumping on the trampoline or blowing bubbles. I want to bring their adorable, fun personality to the surface, where it can be captured and recorded forever.
